PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of TRAWING FOUR. Responsibilities You will directly supervise one Civil Service Management Assistant (GS-05). You will provide expertise in mathematical and experimental design analysis; statistical analysis, operations and training research methods and techniques to ensure a successful Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP) program. You will direct complex NAPP program studies that affect pilot training and resource policies that may represent significant departures from established work operations. You will identify factors within the training process that influence production and determine resource requirements and allocate resources across training sites. You will manage all elements of the student flight and ground training progress data collection and reporting process. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing data research and analysis to identify significant trends or issues and develop recommendations to improve aviator training resource utilization and production.
