Senior Analyst – AI and Data - Solutions Delivery Center: This position could be located in TX (primary), FL.
EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit (“FSO”) that is dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers that are made up of high-performing US-based resources who work closely with our experienced client serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based Financial Services clients. The opportunity
Data has yet to be utilized to its fullest potential. You’ll be solving complex problems, as well as giving deliverables to our clients in the AI and data space. Your key responsibilities
Yo will be working with diverse teams of professionals with different skill set to deliver a wide range of AI and data services. As part of that, you’ll need to be a team player with great communication skills, and have the desire to learn the technical skills required to fill the role.

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's or master’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
System Support (L2 and L3): • Handle incident management tickets escalated from L1 that perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting, address system alerts, service requests related to user access, permissions and configurations, and perform routine maintenance such as back-up, patching and updates to ensure system availability and reliability• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical incidents and manage advanced configurations and customizations that comply with security and regulatory requirements• Collaborate with vendors support for unresolved issues• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data analytics, data warehousing, and data science platforms.• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve critical issues.• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS platform DevOps: • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Github Actions or in the below mentioned Pods• Automate deployment processes and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency. System Administration: • Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security in the below mentioned Pods• Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Must have project experience (3-5 years) in one or more PODs mentioned below Data Analytics Pod: • Utilize data visualization tools such as SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create insightful and actionable reports.• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. Data Warehousing Pod: • Design, develop, and maintain data warehousing solutions using technologies like Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all data warehousing processes.• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and scalability. Data Science Pod: • Leverage data science platforms such as Databricks or Dataiku to support and deploy AI/ML models.• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and machine learning experiments to solve complex business problems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into production environments. Secondary Skillsets: • Tools/Stacks:• JIRA, Confluence, Github, Artifactory, Coverity, Black Duck, Foss Enterprise Service, Jenkins, Github actions, Open Shift/Kubernaties.• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.• Proficiency in version control systems like Github and artifact management tools such as Artifactory.• Familiarity with software quality and security tools like Coverity, Black Duck, and Foss Enterprise Service.• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like OpenShift and Kubernetes.• Relevant certifications in data analytics, data warehousing, data science, DevOps, or system administration.

A degree in computer science, information systems or related technology majors
Certification on any database management system, any reporting or data visualization or any programming or statistical language

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $64,900 to $132,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $77,800 to $150,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
