401k Generous PTO planJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a Consulting Senior Tax Reviewer to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This position is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong background in tax and accounting to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing various tax returns, including individual, 1065 partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, Estate, Trust, and High Net Worth (HNW). The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.Responsibilities: Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns. Provide tax planning and consulting to high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff on tax process and consult on tax issues. Research and resolve technical tax issues and assist in the development of quality tax planning strategies. Participate in client meetings and collaborate with the tax team to prepare and deliver client deliverables. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and excellent problem-solving skills.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing individual, 1065 partnership, C-Corp, S-Corp, Estate, Trust, and HNW tax returns. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and laws. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to working in a team environment.
