Certification Details BLS RN licensure Job Details Acuity Adaptable Unit - ACLS, BLS, NIH; EOW, EOH, at least 2 yrs experience, must be willing to work with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients; No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( Job Requirements 2 years experience required Must have current BLS certification Must possess Wisconsin state RN licensure Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals Schedule Information EOW (Every Other Weekend) EOH (Every Other Holiday) Additional Details No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( Must float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
