Must have 18 months recent MS/Tele experience. Job Requirements MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
