Description The McGuire Group's Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY, is seeking applications for Part Time Receptionist to become a member of our elite team. The Receptionist greets, welcomes, and directs visitors appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting residents, family members, and vendors as they enter the facility Building a rapport with visitors and residents Answering the facility phone and directing calls appropriately Forwards resident mail to responsible party Assisting with facility activities Maintains clean appearance at front reception desk to include visitor sign-in book, consultant logs and various other log books. Keeps area in solarium neat and free of clutter- removing meal trays, water plants, wipe tables, etc. Ordering Supplies Possesses working knowledge of fire board. Is able to read and announce fire location when alarm sounds. Directs incoming phone calls and visitors per fire policy and procedure. Places back up call to fire department. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years or older Must have a positive attitude, adaptable, energetic, outgoing, and strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work varying shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable Strong customer service skills and compassion Employment Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00/hour As a Team Member, You Will .
