Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is hiring: Part-Time Receptionist in Bismarck

Eide Chrysler currently has an opening for Part-Time Receptionists. The candidate will spend each day in Reception. An example of your weekly schedule would be: Monday-Friday: 8am-2pm, and every other Saturday 9am-5pm -OR- Monday-Friday: 2pm-7pm, and every other Saturday 9am-5pm. Some job responsibilities are listed below:

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership group phones.
• Greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and service team.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
