Job Title: Receptionist Job Description Answer multi-line phone, greet clients and visitors. Provide meeting organization and setup. Provide general administrative support, including preparing a wide variety of business correspondence (letters, proposals, etc.), filing, scanning, opening, and distributing mail. Order office supplies as appropriate. Ensure office and kitchen are clean and organized. Assist with issues regarding the building and/or office, by contacting building management. Material Job Tickets (MJT's). Proofreading skills. Punctuality, reliability, and regular attendance are essential functions of this position. Positive demeanor, team player, and self-starter.
