MAG USA Inc. is hiring: Receptionist (Part-time) in Baxter

This position will be responsible for providing World Class Guest Service! We are looking for a professional individual who is reliable, courteous, personable, detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and Guest service skills are a must.

Duties include:

• Greeting and assisting Dealership Guests
• Answering and Directing incoming calls
• Administrative tasks
• Cashiering
• Clerical
• Providing support to other departments

This position is scheduled 2-3 days a week with a rotational Saturday. This position works in the evenings 4:00p to 6:00p during the week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours. Rotational Saturday schedule is 8:00a to 5:00p. We are closed on Sundays.
