Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands.

They are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team with essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to completing tasks. The initial engagement is for six weeks, focused on data entry into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system, with the possibility of an extension into a longer-term contract featuring broader administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and organize data into a Microsoft SharePoint-based system.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars as needed.
  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports.
  • Provide support with drafting announcements and general correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A meticulous approach to data entry and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Oracle iExpense and MarkView is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Schedule: This role combines in-office (Chicago) and remote work.
  • Growth Opportunity: While the initial focus is on data entry, this position may evolve into a longer-term role with expanded responsibilities for the right candidate.
