Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to various research departments within OneR. This role reports to the VP, Clinical Research and is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between departments, supporting all teams across OneR. The coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure communication flow across teams.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct administrative support to the Clinical Research Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.

* Organize departmental meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

* Assist the Clinical Research Team with project tracking, preparing presentations, and coordinating communication across departments.

* Serve as a liaison between the VP, research departments, and external stakeholders.

* Coordinate administrative activities across multiple research departments to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

* Assist with interdepartmental communications, ensuring that all teams are updated.

* Assist with eBinder document uploading and maintenance.

* Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

* Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on key initiatives.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience in providing administrative support in a clinical research setting or healthcare organization is highly preferred.
