Our client, a leading company in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a PART TIME Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the administrative department supporting four supervisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with MS Office.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
**Location:** Spring, TX
**Pay Range:** $22/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide administrative support to a department or individual
+ Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
+ May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
+ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
+ Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
+ Strong administrative coordination abilities
+ Customer service experience
+ Available 4 hours/day (20 hrs./week)
