As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Executive Staff team supporting the department and acting as a Board Liason. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Anywhere in Wisconsin Pay Range: $21-$24/hr What's the Job? Provide administrative support to department Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports Extensive contact with public officials What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively What's in it for me?
