Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure products are well-stocked, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
  • Organization: Arrange merchandise displays and store layout to optimize customer flow and enhance product visibility.
  • Attention to Detail: Perform regular inventory audits, inspect products for quality, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
  • Product Awareness: Stay informed about product features, uses, and benefits to assist customers effectively and make personalized recommendations.
  • Proactive Approach: Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and take initiatives to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to implement process enhancements that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
  • Responsiveness: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide outstanding assistance.


Qualifications:

  • Retail experience preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of store operations and customer interactions.
  • Customer service experience, showcasing your ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Computer literacy is essential for managing inventory systems, processing transactions, and communication.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and suppliers clearly and professionally.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75lbs to handle stock and assist with store setup.
  • Willingness to climb ladders to arrange merchandise displays and store appearance. 
  • Proven organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain a tidy store environment, and optimize space.
  • Proactive mindset with a dedication to finding solutions and implementing improvements.
  • Customer-centric attitude that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing multiple tasks.
  • Profitability-oriented mindset, seeking opportunities to maximize sales and minimize costs.
