Technical Proficiency: Experience with medical records, data entry, and computer systems.Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
