We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our Customer Service team. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for performing routine customer service and administrative duties following established office procedures. Tasks are performed under direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager. To be successful in this role you must have extremely strong interpersonal skills in order to successfully work with colleagues as well as to provide patient and compassionate service to customers.
· The Customer Service Representative you will serve as a counter representative or telephone representative, accepting applications for service, closing accounts, answering customer account inquiries, and providing routine changes to accounts within established standards and guidelines; provides a professional image to customers, co-workers, and other agencies.
· The Customer Service Specialist will execute different tasks and responsibilities including directing persons to the right meeting answering and redirecting calls as necessary,.
· As a Customer Service Specialist you will distribute and explain forms to customers such as applications or permits and create or update customer accounts and compile reports using our computerized billing and accounting systems and other methods.
· Sets up conference rooms for meetings and provides general administrative support such as managing meeting arrangements such as refreshments/food and managing necessary supplies. Also, could assist keeping meeting room and kitchen stocked and clean, assists in making travel and function attendance arrangements for directors and employees.
· Receives and maintains records of cash with accuracy; prepares money for bank deposit.
· Assists in collecting and processing night drop payments, computer payments, and payments received from satellite locations.
· Serves as a backup for the Customer Service Billing Specialist.
· Will perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Pay is based on the skills and experience:
Customer Service Representative I - $20.59- $22.65
Customer Service Representative II -$21.50-$23.60
Requirements:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduation from high school or equivalent and at least two years of experience in related customer service and administrative work
KSAs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Familiarity with Accounting and Billing software
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
