Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Calls: Answer inbound calls from customers seeking automotive service. Provide a warm and professional greeting, and actively listen to their needs.
- Provide Expert Assistance: Offer expert advice and guidance on automotive service options, pricing, and appointment scheduling. Address inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and other service offerings.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician availability. Utilize our scheduling software to ensure optimal service workflow.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in their concerns. Keep track of customer preferences and history to offer personalized service.
- Resolve Issues and Escalations: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the service team and leadership team to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Service Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest service recalls and upgrade technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Be aware of specials and coupons that are available for the customer to utilize.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service requests, feedback, and appointment details. Input relevant data into our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service advisors and other departments to coordinate service requests and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and appointment scheduling tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and service procedures preferred.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate peak call times and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
