As a Customer Service Representative at Chivari, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and resolves any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.

Location: Hialeah, FL 33010
Salary Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Chivari's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
