Furniture and More is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee customer services and resolve issues
* Ensure high quality of services to all our customers
* Track parts orders and inform customers of any delays or early arrival of goods
* Schedule and route service van for service calls
* Process credits with manufacturers
* Work closely with manufacturers to order parts for customers
Qualifications:
* Previous experience retail and or customer service
* Strong orginazational qualities
* Strong leadership qualities
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent computer skills
* Reliable transportation
