Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent service to our valued clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints by providing accurate information and offering solutions.
• Manage and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow up to ensure that customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
