YOUR TYPICAL DAY

In this customer care role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our dispatch team. As a part-time Customer Service Rep, you will monitor and follow up on incoming leads, voicemails, and emails, and assist with various office administrative tasks. Your ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn our CRM software
• Ability to handle a high call volume and manage friendly customer service experiences
