Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
  • Process policy changes, claims, and other requests with attention to detail.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Reviewing policy coverage and ensuring clients understand their insurance options
  • Providing quotes and assisting with policy sales.
  • Resolving client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Must hold, or attain, a valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
  • A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
