We are on the lookout for a team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Support Team to build and strengthen customer relationships, providing best-in-class service at every interaction. A successful Customer Service Representative at Four Hands excels in delivering exceptional service with a pleasant and friendly approach, communicates clearly and effectively, and pays close attention to detail. This role is all about elevating the customer experience and focusing on building long-term relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence. 

In This Role
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to products, order status, and order processing while resolving service-related issues
  • Utilize internal CRM and ERP systems to log customer interactions, track order details, and monitor service progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by delivering proactive and tailored support, staying informed about Four Hands products and services, and fostering long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Supply Chain to coordinate customer needs and deliver seamless solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, providing feedback and supporting initiatives to enhance the customer service experience
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person
  • 2+ years of customer service experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive, engaged listener, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences
