Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Appliance Repair Company

Position: Customer Service Representative



Location: 1992 Old Trolley Rd Summerville, SC



Responsibilities:


  1. Answering Customer Inquiries:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide accurate information regarding our appliance repair services, pricing, and scheduling.
  2. Warranty Work Handling:
    • Process warranty claims and assist customers in understanding their warranty coverage.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and effective warranty repairs.
  3. Technician Support:
    • Assist technicians with work orders, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources.
    • Communicate with technicians in the field to provide support and resolve any issues.
  4. Property Management Collaboration:
    • Work closely with property management companies to schedule and coordinate appliance repairs for rental properties.
    • Maintain positive relationships with property managers and address their specific needs.
  5. Scheduling and Dispatching:
    • Efficiently schedule appointments for appliance repairs, considering technician availability and customer preferences.
    • Dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring timely arrivals and effective use of resources.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliance repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with common appliances and their repair processes.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with CRM software and service management tools.
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures.
  • Previous experience working with property management companies.
