WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Customer service: You are the friendly voice on the phone and the face of our company! You answer customer phone calls, address inquiries, provide information, take orders, handle complaints, and outbound "Happy Calls". Our customers can count on you to ensure their HVAC needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Your organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will ensure your success in this role. If you have the following qualifications, you may be the Customer Service Associate we're looking for!
- High school diploma
- 1 year of office administration education or comparable work experience
- Good computer skills including knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone skills and experience with or ability to learn business phone systems (Service Titan a PLUS)
