Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager: Independently handle the responsibilities surrounding the month end close Ad hoc reporting needed for Senior Management Analytics responsibilities such as budget vs. actual, forecasting, discuss variances with CFO / upper management Review sub-ledger activity Recommend areas of improvement / new procedures to streamline processes Experience we need: Knowledgeable Accountant with 4+ years of experience, however all levels encouraged to apply! Naturally software and tech savvy Nonprofit industry experience Strong Excel skills and ability to articulate knowledge in this area Experience that would make you stand out!
