The Project Manager / Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Your role will ensure that teams are aligned and working efficiently towards project goals, delivering successful projects on time and within scope.

Experience as a Scrum Master

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)

REQUIRED: 3-hour overlap with CST (Central Standard Time)
