Scrum Master Job at Collabera in Chandler

Day To Day: This Scrum Master will join the Broker Dealer Technology team. The team is trying to modernize their legacy system and processes with a more efficient tech stack. The also want to automate the daily report generation process and data sourcing from their ADS. This Scrum Master will be in charge of driving the scrum team to produce high quality results to their customers. They will be driving train ceremonies, hosting PI Planning preparation and execution, and supporting the creation of a Program Backlog. They should be comfortable working withing tight SLA reporting deadlines as well. Must Have: 7 years of Scrum Master experience SAFe Banking experience Regulatory Reporting experience is highly preferred Project experience within a data warehousing environment Nice To Have: Banking experience Regulatory Reporting or Investment Banking experience XP and Kanban Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr.
