Summary:
The Business & Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in improving business processes and supporting the systems that drive our administration services. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and ensure that our systems effectively support the delivery of F&I products. This hybrid role requires strong business acumen and an understanding of how technology can be leveraged to achieve operational efficiencies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
However, due to the scope of responsibilities the position may direct the work of others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:
Provide functional support for key business systems, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of the company including configuration, management, and testing.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support data analysis and decision making.
Support regulatory and compliance needs.
Document business requirements for new projects and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Create systems, data, and process documentation and standards.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues that impact business operations.
Work with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure that data is consistent, accessible, secure, and reliable across all business systems.
Establish and facilitate testing and validation of system changes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Ensures that products are developed and implemented in accordance with Hendrick Brand Standards.
Coordinates annual program changes with vendor partners and ensure systems are configured and tested to support updates.
Collaborates with vendors, clients, and partners on integrations, data movement, and other processes.
Supports Tableau Application design, development, and end user reporting.

Proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL) and experience working with financial and operational data.

Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Scheduled hours may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays to meet required deadlines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Environment Demands:
Duties are performed primarily an office environment in the management office. Position requires frequent interaction with Management Office employees.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Math Ability:
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and reports.
