Key Responsibilities:

* Using nanodrop spectrophotometry, perform molecular and microbiology techniques such as PCR, DNA/RNA/Protein extractions, and DNA quantification.

* Manufactured and tested sophisticated master mixes and bulks for RT-PCR and QPCR kits.

* Analyze quantitative data and accurately report results.

* Support process validations for new products and regulatory compliance.

* Assist in introducing new products and exploring technologies to improve product quality.

* Identify and propose process efficiency improvements and complete vital validations.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production and testing efforts.

* Maintain inventory of raw materials for manufacturing and quality control.

* Enforce 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain an organized work environment.

* Write, review, and maintain ISO-compliant Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biological Science or a related field with chemistry, molecular biology, or biochemistry expertise.

* Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.

* Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, particularly PCR and QPCR.

* Strong communication, organization, and digital literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $29.42 - $45.97/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
