A Day In The Life What You'll Do: As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Spearheading inventory management and ensuring seamless coordination with manufacturing departments to keep production running smoothly. Enhancing our supply chain by efficiently scheduling materials, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Leading a team of dedicated warehouse personnel, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and safety. Driving continuous improvement by implementing 5S and lean principles to streamline operations and maximize storage space. Keeping a close eye on workflow metrics and implementing strategic measures to minimize errors and boost productivity. What will help you thrive in this role? Job Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Supervision within a union environment. Proficient in warehouse or inventory control; must be computer literate. Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP. Bachelor’s degree in business required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of 5S and lean principles preferred. Ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
