Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or other relevant software.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
