Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally. Your ability to provide outstanding service will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.




Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the company’s database.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
  • Gather and provide customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure customer interactions meet or exceed service quality standards.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
