We’re seeking an innovative, visionary, and technically skilled professional to join our Customer Success Team as an Enterprise AI Client Architect. In this role, you will play a key part in helping Writer’s customers meet their business objectives by improving their customers’ and employees’ experiences through AI-driven innovations.Role OverviewAs part of Writer’s Customer Success Team, the Enterprise AI Client Architect will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will help them see the enormous potential of Writer to create AI solutions at the heart of the marriage between business and IT, and continuously produce positive business outcomes. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, helping customers see how AI, particularly generative AI, can streamline their operations, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making processes at critical points of their business processes. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the user experience for both customers and employees, and ensuring that the deployed AI solutions solve not only immediate tactical concerns but also align with long-term strategic goals.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI-driven software development with strong business acumen, allowing them to support Writer’s clients in transforming their processes. You will also play a critical role in educating technical and business stakeholders through whitepapers, blog posts, and technical documentation. Your work will ensure that clients leverage AI to its full potential while maintaining a forward-looking approach to AI-driven growth and expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success Collaboration: Work as a core member of Writer’s Customer Success Team, ensuring that AI solutions are tightly aligned with each client’s unique objectives, particularly in improving customer and employee experiences. You will serve as a key technical and strategic advisor during the deployment and ongoing optimization of these solutions.Sales Collaboration: Work as a partner to the sales organization by identifying strategic areas for expansion of the customer’s footprint without compromising on the tactical success of already agreed upon use cases.AI-Driven Solutions Design: Collaborate closely with customers to analyze their existing enterprise applications and identify how generative AI can enhance user experiences, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency for both their customers and employees.Business Process Improvement: Conduct in-depth business process analysis with Writer’s customers to fully understand their specific workflows, operational challenges, and decision-making bottlenecks. You will identify points of friction within their processes—whether in customer service, back-office functions, or operational workflows—and develop tailored AI solutions that streamline these processes. Your focus will be on enhancing key business processes by introducing AI-based automation that reduces manual, repetitive tasks while improving the accuracy and speed of decision-making. The goal is to ensure that Writer’s customers realize measurable improvements in business process effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency. You should also capture measures of employee productivity and satisfaction as a result of the AI solutions deployed.Technical Leadership: Partner with Writer customers’ development teams, providing hands-on technical guidance to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into enterprise systems. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.Strategic Vision: As a key part of Writer’s customer success efforts, you will identify and evangelize new AI use cases that help clients meet both current and future needs. You will take a proactive approach to discovering opportunities for AI-driven growth and expansion, ensuring that our customers stay ahead of the curve.Tactical Problem-Solving: Address the immediate technical and business challenges faced by Writer’s customers, developing tailored AI solutions that tackle pain points while driving meaningful improvements in their end-users’ experience.Thought Leadership: Create educational content, including whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies, to inform both the developer community and business leaders on how AI can transform business processes. You’ll be a voice of authority on AI’s role in improving customer success and operational efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams within Writer, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment between AI solutions and customer success initiatives.Product / Engineering feedback: You will act as an advocate for Writer’s customers and bring feedback to the product and engineering teams by way of identifying new use cases and areas of improvement for known use cases.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).15+ years of experience in software development or solutions / enterprise architecture with a focus on AI or software automation technologies.Proven ability to bridge technical solutions with business strategies, delivering scalable AI solutions that directly impact customer success.Expertise in generative AI technologies and their application in enhancing user experience and automating business processes.Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement, particularly in helping Writer’s customers streamline their internal workflows and operational challenges, with a focus on reducing friction points and improving decision-making.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.Experience writing technical whitepapers, blog posts, or thought leadership content is a plus.Proven track record of customer-focused problem-solving and solution implementation.A visionary mindset, with the ability to forecast AI trends and uncover new opportunities for growth.Curious to learn more about who we are and how we operate?
