NVIDIA is seeking a versatile and experienced Sr. Customer Program Manager - Gen AI Software Solution to manage the development and implementation of innovative NVIDIA AI Software Solutions for OEMs System Partners. This role will be pivotal in managing multi-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery, while aligning with business objectives and client needs.What you will be doing:Lead all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of NVIDIA Gen AI Software Solution projects, from inception to deployment across multiple OEMs throughout the definition of a framework that contemplates all aspects from design, development, validation and deployment.Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements, set project goals, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Lead multi-functional teams of Infrastructure and Software engineers, Product managers, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment.Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring alignment to standard methodologies in Gen AI Software Solutions development and validation across OEM and our ecosystem partners.Identify potential risks throughout the execution of the program, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Establish and supervise key program/project metrics to evaluate project progress and outcomes.Stay updated on NVIDIA Gen AI Software Solutions industry trends and new technologies to determine the best project direction and strategy.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).12+ years overall experience with 5+ years of experience in Gen AI Software and Solutions Project Management, with a focus on AI/ML solutions supporting external customers.Proven experience managing complex software projects with multi-functional teams.Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies including RAG, NIM and their applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Ability to analyze and solve sophisticated problems in a fast-paced environment.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
