Our client is an AmLaw firm with multiple office locations across the country and specializes in corporate law and complex litigation across a variety of practice areas including intellectual property, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and government investigations and regulatory compliance. We are seeking candidates with recent experience providing litigation support to multiple attorneys in a similar fast paced environment. The incoming specialist will maintain a myriad of litigation support responsibilities for a busy litigation team, including case management, document preparation and review, and electronic discovery. Core job responsibilities include: Organize, review, produce, and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other forms of correspondence. Actively participate in e-discovery process, including collecting, processing, and reviewing of ESI
Maintain and update litigation databases Conduct legal research and summarize findings Prepare status reports and case summaries, highlighting key developments and maintaining deadlines Provide answers about court procedures, rules, and calculations of time Assist with other administrative projectsThis is a full-time position with a competitive base salary (overtime eligible), 100% firm paid benefits, annual bonuses, hybrid work schedule, and significant opportunities for advancement in a reputable firm.
