Sr IT Director GenAI
The Sr IT Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have extensive and in-depth knowledge of AI that will allow them to identify and prioritize AI opportunities, develop and deploy AI solutions, and build and manage a team of AI experts. This includes building, deploying and implementing AI applications using ML and LLM models, digital agents, pattern recognition applications, etc. The position is responsible for execution of strategy on platforms, partnerships and external relationships (including OpenAI, Googe, IBM, etc). They will maintain existing solutions, while providing direction on AI issues in support of information operations and core organization values. They will be directly involved in meeting with client management, project planning, and managing, directing and supervising a team.
Essential Functions
Drives the established Governance to develop and implement the company's AI strategy Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that supports the established Governance Develop, communicate, manage and implement corporate and divisional strategic plans, schedules, systems, quality, compliance, and budgets and for the development of policies and procedures. Oversees implementation of operational policies and plans and prepares operational strategies for executive leadership's recommendation and approval. Mentor, coach, and manage a team of AI experts by establishing specific goals and objectives Collaborate with internal customers on overall AI portfolio strategy as well as specific customer strategy for AI based on business priority and needs, ensure that AI is integrated effectively across the company Research and apply the latest AI trends and technologies to Niagara's strategy Ensure that the company's use of AI is ethical and responsible Builds trust and rapport within and across groups. Typical Compensation Range Pay Rate Type: Salary
$195,652.77 - $273,913.88 / Yearly
Bonus Target: 20% Annual
