About the role:

We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive HR strategies and improve organizational performance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to optimize HR processes and support data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include defining requirements, conducting analyses, and partnering with development teams to implement advanced HR analytics and organizational modeling technologies. By delivering actionable insights, you will help shape the future of HR analytics and directly support Boston Scientific's business goals. This position is ideal for a proactive professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days onsite (typically Tuesday through Thursday), with the option to work from our offices in Marlborough, MA, or Arden Hills, MN.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Gather requirements, design functional specifications, and conduct system testing to ensure technologies align with business objectives, following traditional software development practices. Analyze HR data to determine how business requirements can be met through underlying data structures. Assist in the implementation of HR analytics tools and technologies by developing knowledge articles, data dictionary entries, and training materials to educate users on the new technology. Configure and prototype metrics using AWS configuration tools, as well as organizational modeling tools, to fulfill business requirements. Support organizational modeling initiatives by contributing to the design and implementation of modeling frameworks and tools. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop data-driven solutions that address HR challenges and improve decision-making. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR technical activities to maintain legal and ethical standards. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role. Proficiency in HR analytics tools (such as HRIS, ATS), and data visualization software (such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications:

HR-related certifications (such as PHR or SPHR) and agile or Scrum certifications. Demonstrated experience in using data analytics and technology to identify and solve HR-related issues. Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis. Experience in managing HR projects or initiatives, including planning, coordinating, and tracking project milestones.
