Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our company’s staffing needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and manage interview scheduling.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Coordinate the hiring process and communicate status updates to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and build strong relationships with applicants.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years' experience in a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
