We are in need of an administrative assistant with a background in commercial real estate and a knack for digital marketing.

Real Estate Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a real estate setting with knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Proficiency with various design tools, MS Office, and real estate management software
• Experience in customer-facing roles, strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills 
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills  

Real Estate Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Marketing on printed material design, marketing campaigns, email marketing blasts and on-line presence 
• Provide support to Real estate agents including open houses, contracts/documents, etc. 
• Researching property information and publish listings 
• Upkeep/update database of clients and properties
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members 

Real Estate Administrative Assistant Benefits:
