Accounting Intern
 

• Generate and publish daily sales report.
• Assist daily and weekly cycle count and WIP count Audit.
• Populate and distribute Daily labor hour variances.
• Prepare and input month end journal entries in ERP
• Prepare account reconciliations and month end binders.
• Support quarterly sales order review report.
• Perform general daily accounting duties.
• Perform ad – hoc reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently university students majoring in Accounting or Finance or business.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates with previous working experience in accounting/finance and/or Spanish language skill will receive preference.
• Have a strong sense of urgency and be conscientious about quality of work.
• Must be a comfortable user of MS Excel and detail oriented.
• Understands the confidentiality and ethical standards.
