Job Description:
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Finance Manager to join their dynamic team who is a CPA with public accounting experience. This key role involves managing and optimizing their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, year-end audit, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Oversee accounts receivable, including collections and reconciliation of sales commissions.
• Manage month-end close processes, including general ledger analysis and inventory reconciliation.
• Handle fixed asset management, depreciation calculations, and reporting.
• Prepare and review month-end financial statements, reporting packages, and analyses for various departments, including backlog, bookings, open orders, and sales performance.
• Support financial planning and analysis by preparing forecasts and conducting in-depth financial reviews.
• Lead year-end financial audit preparation and provide audit support and consolidation. 
• Manage health and business insurance renewals, ensuring adequacy of coverage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA preferred with public accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
• Proven experience in month-end close, reconciliation, compliance and consolidation
