Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an in-home healthcare provider in the St. Louis area to find an Executive Assistant to support the company's owner. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting C-Suite or Executive leaders.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: West St. Louis County, MO

Status: Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Overview:

The Executive Assistant will support the company's owner with managing day-to-day functions like calendar management, maintaining email inbox, and managing correspondence. Also, will be responsible for arranging travel, coordinating and setting up meetings and events, and assisting with special projects. Assist with running errands as needed.

Requirements:

· 3-4 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative support experience.

· Must have strong computer and technical skills.

· Must have strong organizational and follow-up skills
