Healthcare Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter in the Greater Phoenix area. This position will be a hybrid schedule and interested candidates must sit in the Phoenix area.
This will be a high-volume recruiting position helping to staff for non-clinical healthcare positions and will be a full-cycle recruiting position. Candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling both candidate and client communication and logistics.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree desired
- Minimum 2 years human resources/marketing/business development experience required
- Ability to work within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well within a team, but also be productive as an independent contributor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability over the phone and in-person communication
- Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Tech savvy and can adapt to different software systems
- Ability to meet production metrics as outlined by management
