Job Description
JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity within Orleans Technical College (OTC) and Project WoW as an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities :
- Assists with preparation and completion of special projects, as assigned
- Schedules and administers student evaluations of faculty, submits typed results and satisfaction indexes
- Assembles and maintains on-site faculty personnel files to include all paperwork required for licensing and accrediting bodies
- Drafts and types confidential letters, emails, reports, and other written documents
- Shares responsibility with all members of the clerical department to maintain and keep clean scanning equipment
- Schedules and attends various meetings, transcribes notes of meeting
- Codes and submits approved invoices to the AP office
- Performs other administrative and clerical duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Some knowledge of CAMPUS or other college type database helpful
- Detail oriented
- Must be customer oriented, flexible, and professional

The base pay for this position is $18/hr. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
