Job Description:
The Data Migration Specialist will play a key role in converting physical employee files into a digital format. This position involves scanning, organizing, and maintaining confidential records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize physical files by scanning and correctly documenting each record.
- Organize and upload scanned files into SharePoint.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper documentation and organization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and protect confidential information.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as standing and walking.
Additional Details:
- Duration: 4-5 weeks
- Start Date: January 6th
- Hours: Flexible schedule, up to 40 hours per week
