Financial Analyst - Private Equity-Backed Growth (Hiring Immediately)

As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a detail-driven, strategic thinker with experience in financial forecasting, recapitalization, and data analysis to support their finance team. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to make an impact on key financial decisions and long-term growth. Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial forecasting, strategic financial planning, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. This role will involve extensive use of Power BI for reporting and analysis, as well as supporting the companys recapitalization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and experience with private equity-backed environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections. Perform financial modeling and analysis to support key business decisions, including recapitalization and investment strategies. Utilize Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide actionable insights into business performance and key financial metrics. Support strategic planning initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize profitability and growth. Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of financial goals. Analyze variances between actual performance and forecasted targets and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in preparing presentations for investors, board meetings, and other external stakeholders. Support the finance team with ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in a private equity-backed or healthwellness company. Strong financial forecasting and budgeting experience. Expertise in Power BI, with the ability to build reports, dashboards, and data models. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis. Understanding of recapitalization processes, debt financing, and private equity structures. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis.
