hopebridge is hiring: Business Analyst/QA Specialist in Indianapolis

Hopebridge was founded in 2005 to serve the growing need for autism treatment services and to improve the lives of affected children and families. We are the largest autism therapy provider in the United States, providing one-on-one, personalized therapy for children and their families touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. Summary
The Business Analyst/QA Specialist will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs  and technical solutions. This position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for  improvement, and ensuring the quality of our healthcare solutions. Experience with Salesforce is a plus

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. 
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.  

Salesforce Integration:

• Assist in the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions. 
• Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Required SkillsCompetencies

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. 
• Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 5 years Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Specialist.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. 

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Work Environment

• Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office.  Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
