We are the largest autism therapy provider in the United States, providing one-on-one, personalized therapy for children and their families touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Salesforce Integration:
- Assist in the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Specialist.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
