Job Overview:  
Our CSR team is the "Heartbeat" of our operation and serves all departments and customers.   The CSR's primary responsibility will act as a liaison, providing product and services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Day to day as a Customer Service Representative

As a Full Time Customer Service Representative at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, you will be driven to excel in managing incoming calls, where you will identify, assess, and meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. Your ability to generate sales leads will contribute to both personal and team success, helping us reach our ambitious sales targets and call handling quotas. You'll maintain unwavering reliability by keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is upheld at every touchpoint. By following established department procedures, guidelines, and policies, you will play a crucial role in reinforcing our customer-focused culture while delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact on people's lives.

Solid computer and typing skills, along with familiarity with MS Office, will aid in maintaining accurate records and navigating customer interactions seamlessly. A heart to serve will allow you to engage with a variety of personalities and manage potentially difficult circumstances with grace. Finally, your ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with a genuine willingness to go the extra mile, will elevate the customer experience and exemplify our commitment to serving people.
