Responsibilities
Cultivating Client Relationships
- Delivers personalized, professional customer service by building trust and strong relationships.
Customer Service
- Assists customers with product inquiries, recommends additional services, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve any concerns.
Policy and Account Management
- Processes account and policy updates
Liaison
- Guides customers through claims, ensuring they connect with the right department and follow up on their needs.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule appointments with existing or prospective customers.
Email Correspondence
- Check and respond to team emails daily, completing agency requests promptly.
Payment Handling
- Process checks/money orders and support banking activities.
Event Coordination
- Assists with set up and execution of agency events.
Professional Development
- Continuously enhance expertise in insurance, including industry trends, products, underwriting, sales techniques, customer service, and technology.
Requirements
Licensing
- Active Ohio Property, Casualty, & Life License required.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
