Come join our Cary, NC team as an Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to work on-site with our three other operational leaders. The key goal of this role is to drive improvements in our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and help to reduce machine downtime. You will be instrumental in creating standards of operations for our new and older production lines and leading continuous improvement initiatives. If you have a knack for managing projects and a passion for optimizing production processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
* Create Standards - Responsible for ensuring SOPs are created and followed on our newly created and legacy production lines.
* Continuous Improvement - Working with a cross functional group to deliver better and more reliable results.
* Monitoring and Analysis - Using our business intelligence software you will keep track of key indicators such as machine downtime and run rates.
* Driving Metrics - Helping to improve production, quality, cost savings, and safety of the overall facility.
We're Looking for Someone With
* Bachelor's degree and/or significant managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
* Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations.
* Collaborative work style, able to partner with leaders of other functional areas and business partners to drive overall performance.
